A fine ‘800, primi anni venti del ‘900, Boston era una vera miniera di chitarristi, prova ne è la Rivista THE CRESCENDO, (1910-1926), che riporta anche molti brani antecedenti) .
L’intestazione della Rivista riporta la scritta:
“A monthly publication devote to the interest of the Harp, Mandolin, Guitar and Banjo and kindred (affini) instruments.“
Nell’arco della sua attività, la Rivista pubblicò oltre 300 brani di musica per chitarra. Diversi li trovate nel sito.
